Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Shipping Policy
Orders will be delivered between 3 - 10 working days. Marine Business is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

Statutory Rights
None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by Marine Business on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Right to cancel
All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all goods can be returned with 7 days.

What do I do if an item is delivered faulty?
Return it to us at Marine Business, Hedge House, Hangersley, Ringwood, Hants UK BH24 3JW with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty goods returned.

What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?

What delivery method does Marine Business use use?
We offer a minimum charge of £7.95 inc VAT for a 3 - 5 day delivery service in UK and Ireland and free for orders of over £200.00 exc VAT. Our UK suppliers are Interlink Express Parcels Ltd, Roebuck Lane, Smethwick, West Midlands. B66 1BY

Can I Transfer money for to good via BAC’s or electronic transfer?
Yes. Bank account details and IBAN numbers can be given out on request. VAT
VAT will be charged at 17.5% at the normal UK rate. For sales to other European countries VAT will passed through at 0% upon receipt of a valid national VAT number. All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%

Marine Business take great care with the colours of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
